In Geneva, everyone entitled to a health insurance subsidy receives a certificate at their home. Keep this document: it may be requested during administrative procedures or by your insurer.

Downloading and printing it from your e-démarches account is free and unlimited. To receive a paper duplicate by post, you request it from the Health Insurance Service (SAM).
