This is not an official website. subsides-geneve.ch is neither the website of the State of Geneva nor that of the Health Insurance Service (SAM). It is published by a private, independent provider, Swiss Premium Insurance Sàrl, registered with FINMA. The Site does not emanate from any public authority and does not bind the cantonal administration in any way.
The Site offers free administrative support with the steps related to the health insurance subsidy (LAMal premium reduction) in the canton of Geneva. Only the Health Insurance Service (SAM) decides on the grant and the amount of the subsidy. The results of the calculator provided are given for information only and have no decision-making value. The official website of the State of Geneva is available at ge.ch.

Swiss Premium Insurance Sàrl carries out insurance brokerage and intermediation. As such, the company is entered in the register of insurance intermediaries kept by FINMA as a non-tied intermediary, meaning that it is not bound to any particular insurance company by a relationship of dependence and acts in the interest of its clients.
The company holds professional civil liability insurance in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to insurance intermediaries.
The purpose of the Site is to inform users about the health insurance subsidy of the canton of Geneva and to enable them to get in touch with an adviser from Swiss Premium Insurance Sàrl for a personalised analysis and support in preparing and submitting the file to the SAM.
The contents, simulations and estimates provided on the Site are given for information only. They constitute neither a grant decision, nor tax advice, nor a contractual offer. Only a review of your full situation by the SAM determines your actual entitlement to the subsidy.
